Continued growth and development depend on proximity to market, the availability of necessary resources and accessibility to appropriate transportation outlets.  Before the construction of our industrial parks began, every effort was made to ensure the necessary infrastructure was in place to allow for the operation of enterprise.  All services and facilities such as roads, water supply, sewers, power grids, telecommunications, and so forth have been accounted for and as a result, Peach County remains a prime location for development.

Our community is ideally located for industry - both manufacturing and distribution.  South Peach Industrial Park sits in the heart of Georgia with an extensive network of transportation outlets.  Six major transportation arteries serve the area, including I-75, I-16, the Fall Line Freeway, the Golden Isles Parkway (deep water; Ports of Savannah, Brunswick) and U.S. Highway 341, 41 and 96.  Peach County is located in the geographic center of the state of Georgia; all of the markets in the Southeast can be easily reached overnight.The Hartsfield-Jackson International Atlanta Airport is about 90 minutes north and Macon Regional Airport is only 25 minutes away.  The local municipal airport is 10 minutes from the site of our spec building and the 5,000 foot runway can easily handle corporate jets.  Both CSX and Norfolk Southern Railways serve Peach County and the site itself is rail-served.

Fort Valley Utility Commission serves Peach County, as does Georgia Power Company and Flint Energies.  These companies provide exceptional service and cover all power supply needs.  There is an abundant supply of water and natural gas, including dual service to our spec. building located in South Peach Park.  The site itself is located within the service areas of both city and county and offers an ISO class 5 rating for insurance purposes.
