Peach County is constantly working to expand its utilities and services to areas designated for industrial or commercial development.  Recent efforts have provided various services to the location known as the “Sod Farm” located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Highway 96.  Water, gas, sever and electric services are in place and the property is available for purchase.

Further north in Peach County at the intersection of Interstate 75 and the Russell Parkway Exit #144, final stages of construction are underway for a connecting road (zoned for commercial use) that connects Russell Parkway all the way to Highway 247 Connector.  This road runs parallel to Interstate 75 and the space will sell out fast.
