Good manners, personal respect, professionalism and a welcoming attitude every time we talk or meet – it’s our pleasure to provide that. We know you’ll enjoy working with us. If you're looking to expand operations, if you need a new building or site for development or if you just have questions about how we can help grow your business, please reach out to one of the professionals below at any time because we're here to help.

B.J. Walker

Executive Director

Professional Profile: You might say that B.J. came to Peach County organically. After graduating from Auburn University (“War Eagle!”) with a degree in landscape design and ornamental production, B.J. was a head designer for The Brickman Group, a commercial landscape provider in 26 states. After being recruited by residential and commercial developers to design and build projects in middle Georgia, B.J. moved to the economic side of the development fence, working in commercial real estate. That background makes him invaluable in helping you navigate the complexities of contacts, land entitlements and value engineering projects. He’s also well respected by area contractors, architects and engineers, which can add a lot of value for you when it’s time to break ground or redevelop.

Community engagement: Peach County Board of Education (in 2015, he helped acquire approval for Peach County’s first charter school); Little League coach; Advisory Panel for the Peach County Recreation Department; Byron Rotary Club; Fort Valley Kiwanis Club.
