BJ Walker's path to Peach County is marked by a rich tapestry of experience, organically evolving from landscape design to economic development. After earning his degree in landscape design and ornamental production from Auburn University ("War Eagle!"), he served as a head designer for The Brickman Group, a leading commercial landscape provider. His proven design acumen attracted the attention of Middle Georgia developers, leading him to transition into commercial real estate, where he gained invaluable expertise in the economic aspects of development. This multifaceted background equips him with the ability to expertly guide clients through intricate contracts, land entitlements, and value engineering. Beyond his technical skills, BJ possesses strong relationships with local contractors, architects, and engineers, fostering seamless project execution and adding a significant advantage during construction or redevelopment phases.
