There's a lot of chatter right now about jobs, lack of jobs, lack of employees for jobs ... you name it.  In all reality, and a good thing for citizens in and around Peach County, there are an abundance of job openings right now - and some of them are in growing industries.  Literally!

Did you know that Peach County is Georgia's No. 1 location for Controlled-environment agriculture (CEA)?   Yes.  We are!  The massive Pure Flavor greenhouse along Highway 96 and the almost finished NEW Pete's greenhouse that is under construction makes Peach County the place to be for growing in controlled environments.  As such, there are opportunities for employment.
